Can I reserve a company name in Uzbekistan before registering?

Name reservation is not a separate application — it happens the moment a name is chosen while the request is being built. The applicant selects from the available company names in the Latin alphabet, the System checks automatically whether the name is identical to an existing one, and the chosen name is then held for that applicant for 60 calendar days. Before the 60 days run out the applicant may extend the reservation for a further period of not more than twelve months on payment of one base calculation value. If the request is never sent, only the name is lost: the act cancels the name designation but keeps every other detail the applicant assembled in the personal cabinet, available to view, change and carry on with. Choosing a name again is simply the same step repeated. Responsibility for the name complying with the law on company names stays with the applicant, not with the registrar.
