The state property register’s identifier for real premises. Every company is tied to one at registration — it is how the address is proven to exist rather than merely claimed.
Will the bank accept a registered address service?
Yes — ours is a real, cadastre-registered premises and passes the bank’s independent verification. We also issue an address confirmation letter for banks and counterparties.
What if a tax inspector visits the address?
Our premises withstand an initial tax inspection. If your operations grow into staff on site, stock or regular visitors, you will need premises of your own — and we tell you before it becomes a problem, not after.
Practicalities
What happens to my mail?
Received at the address and scanned into your account within one working day. Originals are held at our office, available on request.
Can I use my own premises instead?
Yes, at no charge — the registry needs the property’s cadastre number, which the form collects. The monthly service simply never starts.
Can I change the address later?
Yes — an address change is a standard filing, and the registry and bank records update. Moving to your own premises ends the monthly service.
Does the address have to be in the same city as my activity?
It should match. We hold premises in several cities, and your address follows the city chosen at incorporation — a company registering in Samarkand gets a Samarkand address, not a mismatched Tashkent one.
