The company may hold its full and short name in the state language and, at its choice, in other languages. The full name must contain the words for “limited liability company”; the short name carries the name with the form in words or the abbreviation MChJ. Terms and abbreviations reflecting a different organisational form — including ones borrowed from foreign languages — cannot appear in the name unless legislative acts allow them, and a company founded with foreign participation may indicate its founders’ nationality in the name.
