What the law provides

The regulation sets a single, high threshold for independent valuation: where the charter fund of a limited liability company is increased by non-cash contributions whose value exceeds ten thousand times the base calculation value, an act drawn up by a valuation organisation assessing those contributions is filed. Below the threshold, what the registry asks for is evidence that the contribution was actually made — the customs document showing the property was brought into Uzbekistan, the acceptance act, or the documents establishing title to it. (Registration Regulation, Para. 21 — lex.uz ↗)

Intellectual property contributed to an enterprise with foreign capital is treated as a matter of record in its own right: the register’s content list holds the valuation report for it. Contributing anything other than money is, in short, provable rather than asserted — and it is why the setup product routes a non-cash contribution out rather than pricing it. (State Register Regulation, Para. 5 — lex.uz ↗)
