When must the charter capital of an Uzbek LLC be paid?

Short answer

In full within one year of registration — the founding documents may set less.

1 yearThe outside limit — each shareholder pays their contribution in full within the term the founding documents set, at most a year from state registration (LLC Law, Art. 15 — lex.uz ↗)
ReduceMissed, the capital shrinks — the company declares a reduction to what was actually paid and registers it, or resolves to liquidate (LLC Law, Art. 20 — lex.uz ↗)
ForfeitThe unpaid share moves — a share not paid in time passes to the company; the shareholder is paid the actual value of the part they did pay (LLC Law, Art. 23 — lex.uz ↗)
10,000 BCVIn-kind above the line is appraised — non-money contributions worth more than ten thousand BCV are valued by an appraisal organisation and cannot enter above the appraisal (LLC Law, Art. 15 — lex.uz ↗)
What the law provides

Contributions may be money, securities, property or rights with a money value; the valuation of non-money contributions is confirmed by a unanimous decision, and above ten thousand BCV an appraisal organisation values them. Full payment is certified to the shareholder. The deadline is the founding documents’ term, capped at one year from state registration. (LLC Law, Arts. 15–16 — lex.uz ↗)

The deadline has teeth in three places. Unpaid on time, the company must reduce its capital to the actually-paid amount and register the reduction — or resolve to liquidate. The unpaid share itself passes to the company. And until the whole capital is paid, the shareholders cannot decide to distribute profit at all. (LLC Law, Arts. 20, 23, 27 — lex.uz ↗)
