What the law provides

For most activities the law sets no minimum charter capital: the founders choose the figure, write it into the charter and contribute it in money. Licensed activities are the exception — banks, insurers and other regulated businesses have sectoral capital requirements that sit outside the general company law.

Size changes the procedure before it changes the law: above 400,000,000 UZS of charter capital, a different state-fee schedule and registration procedure apply.
