Yes — free, in real time, through the System. It is a right the act gives the company.
The regulation gives the company a right that runs the other way to most of the act: a business entity is entitled, free of charge and without obstruction, to use the possibilities of the System to obtain in real time information about cases where registering bodies and authorised organisations requested documents or information concerning it — except where its access to that information is restricted by law. (Registration Regulation, Para. 49 — lex.uz ↗)
It sits beside the accountability provisions that close the act: employees of a registering body or an authorised organisation who used the System in their own interests or in the interests of third parties bear liability, and the body itself answers for the actions of its user. Together they are the act’s answer to the obvious concern about a register in which so much is visible and so much is automated. (Registration Regulation, Paras. 49, 50, 51 — lex.uz ↗)
