What the law provides

The register is a single, centralised electronic resource, open for general inspection, containing the essential information on the creation, reorganisation and liquidation of business entities, and integrated with the central databases of individuals and legal entities in the electronic government system. Its contents are placed on the Single Portal and updated daily as entries are made, and the information and documents in it are open and accessible to any interested person save where access is restricted by law. (State Register Regulation, Paras. 2, 11, 12 — lex.uz ↗)

Entries are made by the software automatically and in real time on a registration, re-registration, exclusion or change; a registrar makes an entry by hand only where the basis is something like a court judgment declaring a registration invalid, and then within two working days. Each entry carries its own number and the date it was made, which is what makes the record’s history traceable rather than merely current. (State Register Regulation, Paras. 7, 9, 10 — lex.uz ↗)
