By notifying a Public Services Centre within ten days. It is free, and takes two working hours.
A branch is recorded rather than registered, under a separate administrative regulation. The company must notify a Public Services Centre within ten days of creating or liquidating a branch or representative office, applying in person or through its personal cabinet in the System, attaching as PDF the minutes of the founding meeting resolving to create the branch and the branch’s charter approved in the established manner, both in the state language. The request is confirmed by electronic digital signature, or in person by other means of identification. (Branch Regulation, Paras. 3, 5, 6, 7 — lex.uz ↗)
No fee is charged, the centre decides within two working hours, and the certificate of recording arrives with a QR code, in person or in the personal cabinet. Refusal has three grounds and no more — no document proving the applicant’s powers, incorrect or erroneous information in the request, or documents filed short — and refusal on other grounds, including inexpediency, is not permitted. A later change of the branch’s postal address is itself a ten-day notification. (Branch Regulation, Paras. 8, 10, 11, 12, 14 — lex.uz ↗)
