What the law provides

A foreign legal entity may found an Uzbek LLC, alone or with others. Against an individual shareholder, the file grows by two documents — a current extract from the company’s home register and evidence of the signatory’s authority to act — each legalised by the same route the power of attorney takes for that country, and translated. The corporate shareholder receives its own digital signature at the legal-entity fee.
