What the law provides

Uzbek law places no ceiling on foreign participation in an LLC: one foreign individual, one foreign company, or any mix may hold all of the charter capital, whatever the nationality. There is no local-partner or sponsor requirement of the kind some jurisdictions impose. Ownership and management are separate questions — the company needs a director on record, and that person need not hold shares.
