How much does it cost to register a company in Uzbekistan?

The state prices registration in BCV — the base calculation value that fee legislation is denominated in — and the multiples are modest: one BCV for registration itself at ordinary capital, half a BCV in state services, a fraction per digital signature, nothing for the personal number. The figures shown here are the multiples, because the BCV itself is raised by decree and the som amounts follow it.

There is nothing to look up before filing: the rate of the duty is determined by the System automatically under the law on state duty once the request is complete, and paid by card, at a bank counter against the request’s unique number, or by transfer from a settlement account. Paying electronically costs a further one per cent of the sum in commission. What actually varies between founders is spent outside Uzbekistan: notarising the power of attorney, the apostille or consular step, couriering originals and certified translation — costs set by the founder’s own country. Above the high-capital threshold the registration fee schedule and the procedure both change, which is why that setup runs differently.
