Do I have to disclose the beneficial owner of an Uzbek company?

Beneficial ownership is collected at the point of registration rather than asked for later. The application form for a legal entity carries its own beneficial-owner section, defining the beneficial owner as the individual who ultimately controls the company and collecting their name, date of birth, citizenship, place of residence, identity document details, personal identification number and contacts — closing with the applicant’s confirmation that the information is correct and that a change of beneficial owner will be notified. That is separate from, and narrower than, what the public register shows. The register’s own content list holds the composition of the founders and their details, and the size of the charter fund with each founder’s share in it — so direct ownership of an Uzbek company is a matter of public record regardless of the questionnaire.
