What happens to the bank account when a company is reorganised?

Short answer

The reorganised entity opens accounts afresh, on the ordinary opening documents.

AfreshA reorganised legal entity presents the opening documents — the same Chapter 2 list, for the main account and for secondary accounts (Bank Accounts Instruction, Para. 21 — lex.uz ↗)
What the law provides

Reorganisation produces a different legal person even where the business is continuous, so the account follows the person rather than the business. Plan the gap: the new entity has to be registered before it can be given the main account, and the old one’s balances move under the ordinary closing rules.
