What the law provides

The company keeps a listed set of documents for the term its charter sets: the founding documents and their registered changes, the founders’ minutes including the in-kind valuation decisions, the document confirming state registration, the titles to property on its balance, the regulations of branches and representative offices, the minutes of every general meeting, board, collegial executive and revision commission, and the revision and audit conclusions. They live at the executive body’s location or another place known and accessible to the shareholders. (LLC Law, Art. 54 — lex.uz ↗)

Access is a right, not a favour: shareholders and other entitled persons receive the documents on request in the order the law and the charter set, with confidentiality handled by agreement rather than refusal. (LLC Law, Arts. 12, 54 — lex.uz ↗)
