What is a director’s personal liability in Uzbekistan?

Uzbek law holds the director personally answerable for the company’s compliance: the administrative liability provisions for late returns and record-keeping failures fall on the responsible official of the legal entity, not only on the company. The practical consequence for any director — owner-director or provided director alike — is the same: what the company files, and whether it files on time, is personally theirs. (Admin.
